Since 2021, we have run an intensive Anti-militarist Organizing Fellowship for Black and Indigenous youth organizers during the fall semester.
Dissenters’ Anti-Militarist Fellowship is a 12-week program that provides deep leadership development to a cohort of Black & Indigenous student leaders working to build Dissenters chapters and advance anti-militarist campaigns on their campuses.
Every fall, the fellowship program serves as a semester-long intensive, and dozens of new chapters and campaigns have been launched across Turtle Island thanks to the work of committed fellows. Program offerings include weekly skills & political education sessions, 1-1 coaching, and access to Dissenters campaign resources & network of seasoned organizers as our fellows plan actions & recruit new Dissenters from their community.
